Tangy and crisp, our recipe is inspired from the classic British pickled onion. These crunchy onions are incredibly moreish with a deep rich flavour of roasted barley and warm spices. Great on a Ploughman's board, they're a classic accompaniment to your fish and chips or enjoy them hand-picked straight from the jar.
