We can only assume you are extreme foodies like us...so you have come to the right place. We are a husband and wife team and share over 20 years experience as qualified chefs and most importantly, an experience of eating amazing food.
We have a background of cooking in high-end restaurants, catering in Europe and Brisbane. Together we opened our first venture, Poulet & Porc at Eat Street Markets in 2014.
When COVID hit in early 2020, we were able to dedicate time to Pine River Pantry, another business we had always wanted to create! Bottling our much loved condiments, which we have enjoyed at home, provides us with an obscene amount of happiness we are thrilled to share with you.
Throughout our careers in the food industry, we can appreciate now that eating out at restaurants is wonderful and can be a true experience, but the food you have at home can also bring the same comfort, flavour and sheer excitement with the right products.
We apply specialised cooking techniques to incorporate complex flavours into our range of condiments, making them unique. We think our collection is like no other and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
