Processing Your Order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation as proof of purchase. Please retain this for your records.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.
After your payment is authorised and verified, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If delays occur, we will contact you promptly.
Shipment Locations
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped (not at the time of order) and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro areas (incl. Brisbane): typically 1–2 business days
- Remote or regional locations: allow up to 14 business days
Standard Shipping Rates
- Orders from $0.00 – $30.00: $15.99
- Orders from $30.01 – $59.99: $10.99
- Orders from $60.00 – $98.99: $6.95
- Orders $99.00 and over: Free Standard Shipping
Please note:
- Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to courier operations, your delivery location, and order volume.
How We Calculate Delivery Time
We consider the following factors when estimating your delivery date:
- Transit Time – time from dispatch to your local delivery provider.
- Order Accuracy – please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Tracking Your Order
All domestic orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package's progress.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@pineriverpantry.com.
Claims must be made promptly, as courier timeframes for lodging complaints are limited.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived, please:
- Check with neighbours, building managers, or common delivery areas.
